By using the Kawa Studio website or booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The date will only be held once the deposit has been received. Kawa Studio reserves the right to release any date for which a deposit has not been received within the agreed timeframe.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot date will forfeit the deposit in full. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours before the original shoot date. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking; subsequent reschedules may attract an additional fee.
The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date. We accept bank transfers and mobile payments. Delivery of final images or footage will not proceed until full payment has been confirmed. Late payments may delay delivery timelines.
Edited photos and videos are delivered within the agreed timeline communicated at the time of booking. Timelines may vary depending on the volume of work, season, and package type. Rush deliveries outside the standard timeline may be available for an additional fee.
Kawa Studio reserves the right to display, share, and use images or footage from your session in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials. If you prefer that your photos remain private, please notify us in writing before or immediately after your shoot and we will honour your request.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the shoot. Late arrivals may result in a reduced shoot duration. Kawa Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside our control. Any special requests must be communicated before the shoot date.
Kawa Studio will exercise all reasonable care during your session. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, extreme weather, or unforeseen events. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Kawa Studio reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
